Common questions
Do we need our own AI model?
Almost never. The models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others are already very capable. The work is connecting them to your data and processes, and choosing the right plan.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
We set things up on business plans and APIs that do not use your data for training, keep your files in places you control, and agree with you which information the AI can see.
Can we start with something small?
Yes, and we recommend it. Pick one task that takes your team hours every week. We automate that first, you measure the result, then decide what comes next.
Do you work with businesses outside Johor?
Yes. We are based in Iskandar Puteri and work with clients across Malaysia, in Singapore and in Italy, on site or remotely.
